The UCI Cycling World Championships will bring together over 8000 athletes from 120 countries to Stirling, where around 25000 visitors are expected to gather from August 9 to August 11. As a volunteer ambassador, you will play a vital role in welcoming and guiding visitors to Stirling’s local hotspots, restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions.

Danielle McRorie-Smith, the project director of Go Forth Stirling BID, highlighted the importance of volunteers in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. By assisting BID ambassadors with way-finding, recommending eateries, and showcasing the city’s unique businesses, you will help guests have a memorable experience in Stirling.
