Claire Hoyle, a dance teacher from Tillicoultry, is set to launch a new theatre studio at the Dunblane Centre after the success of her recent workshops in the Forth Valley area. This exciting development comes after Claire organized two workshops, the first at the Dumyat Centre during the Easter holidays and the second, a West End workshop, at the Dunblane Centre just two weeks ago.
Claire’s Vision for MTS Central
Consulting with her friend Karl Davies, the owner of My Theatre School in Bournemouth, Claire decided to establish a branch in Scotland called MTS Central. The positive feedback and enthusiastic participation from the workshops inspired Claire to introduce regular classes at the Dunblane Centre starting in September. These classes will be held on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings, offering a range of activities such as singing, dancing, acting techniques, directing, casting, and choreography.
Inclusive Classes for Everyone
In addition to the general tuition, Claire will also be providing a dedicated class for neuro-divergent children and young adults. This class is open to anyone who prefers working in smaller groups, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported in their learning environment. Claire’s commitment to inclusivity extends to her Music Bugs program, offering music and sensory classes for babies and toddlers in Stirling, Callander, and Clacks.
Empowering Children through Performance
Claire’s main goal in establishing MTS Central is to create a sense of belonging, togetherness, and support for children and young people. By nurturing their abilities and helping them discover and develop their interests, Claire aims to build confidence, life skills, and lasting friendships among her students. Through a variety of workshops and activities, she hopes to instill a love for performing arts and provide a platform for personal growth and creativity.
